This ferrule is designed to fit .355 taper tip shafts right out of the bag. For .370 parallel tip shafts, you'll need to ream or slightly sand to fit. Go slow and check your progress often, and be careful not to force a tight ferrule onto the shaft, as too much pressure can crack or split it.
